How to request a current quotation
Provide the model, year, trim, colours, condition, quantity, destination and target delivery window. Ask for the quoted currency, validity date, named handover point and a list of included and excluded costs.
A new quotation should distinguish the collection city from the export port, border crossing and final destination. Specify the actual transport mode, agreed trade term and named handover point so that transport and document costs can be compared on the same basis.
Vehicle and shipment checks
- Match the selected vehicle to its specification and registration history.
- Confirm which entity signs the sales contract and applies for the export licence.
- Agree on inspection evidence and acceptance criteria.
- Verify receiving-market import and registration requirements.
- Record transport arrangements, payment milestones and after-sales responsibilities.
Historical prices and availability
The March 2026 list records the models discussed at that time. For a new order, obtain a dated availability confirmation and quotation, then agree on the document requirements, estimated transport schedule and responsibilities in the contract.
