1How long does the whole process take to purchase cars from you for export? What do you need me to do?
The whole process usually takes 30-60 days (varies depending on the model and target market), and the core is divided into 3 steps: (1) After you confirm the model, quantity, and configuration, sign the purchase contract and pay the advance payment (generally 30%-50%); (2) We complete vehicle production/transfer, compliance certification and export customs declaration; (3) After the goods are shipped, you pay the final payment with the bill of lading and other documents, and we assist you in customs clearance at the destination port.
2Can I customize the vehicle configuration? For example, color, interior, additional accessories?
Support basic customization! General configurations (such as body color, seat material, central control system) can be adjusted according to your needs (need to be specified in the contract, additional customization may increase the delivery cycle); Special accessories (such as right-hand drive modifications, tires for low temperature areas) need to be communicated in advance, and we will check with the factory to confirm the feasibility to ensure that the customization meets the regulatory requirements of the target market (avoid customs clearance obstruction).
3What are the procurement costs? Are there any additional costs?
The purchase price you pay already includes: ex-factory price of the vehicle, domestic transportation costs. Excluded fees will be clearly informed in advance: (1) Import tariff at the destination port (calculated according to the tax rate of the destination country, we can provide assistance with tax rate inquiry); (2) Freight (quoted according to cargo volume and port); (3) Special customization fees (such as right-hand drive modifications, exclusive accessories).
4Subsequent vehicles need to be repaired and maintained, can you provide accessories and technical support?
Long-term after-sales support is available! (1) Parts supply: We have spare parts warehouses in major markets, commonly used accessories (such as oil filters, brake pads, etc.) (2) Technical support: Provide 24-hour online technical team, can guide your maintenance personnel through video, if you need on-site support, you can also coordinate local cooperative repair factory door-to-door service (cost transparency, advance quotation).
5If I want to increase my purchase volume in the future, can I get a better price?
